You can safely order online by using the "add to cart" button that is next to the item. You can "view the items in your cart"
by clicking the appropriate button at the top of the page. For checkout, you will be forwarded to PayPal for your
credit card or checking information. PayPal has over 100 million people using their safe and secure payment system.
You Can Pay With Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover or by Electronic Check.
![]() Shipping Charges: We normally ship Items that weigh up to 2 pounds USPS Priority Mail in the Continental USA.
Heavier items will ship USPS Parcel Post. Heavy items not shippable Parcel Post, liquids, or non-mailable items
will be sent via Fed Ex ground. Shipping charges are billed to your order. If you have special shipping needs, e-mail us. No CODs.
We do not require a minimum order. We do have a minimum S&H charge of $8.95. If there is any overage
after S&H charges have been deducted, that overage will be returned to you via PayPal.
Heavy, oversize items usually incur a higher shipping charge which will be added at checkout.
These shipping charges are an estimate and are the minimum charged. For 90% of our orders, the shipping charge is correct.
We do not ship international at this time.

Insurance: All orders are sent insured and will have a tracking number or delivery confirmation.
Pricing: While we try to keep up to date with the prices on this web site, please realize that all of the products listed here
are a commodity and the prices are subject to change. If you have any concerns or need a price confirmed, please contact us.
Order Fulfillment Time: Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of your order and payment.
Partial Order Shipments: We strive to maintain adequate inventory so that we can ship your order promptly and completely.
Sometimes we will not have the quantity in stock you ordered. We will ship you what is available at the time of your order placement,
and the balance normally within 5 to 7 business days. If item is no longer available, we will ship what we have and refund you the balance.
Out Of Stock: We strive to maintain adequate inventory so that we can ship your order promptly. If we happen to run out of stock on
something that you've ordered, we can usually get more in and ship it to you in just 1-5 business days. If we believe that it will take
substantially longer than that, we will refund your payment on the item that we are out of stock on.
Damaged Shipments: Do not sign for shipment until you have checked for external damage. If there is internal damage,
save all packaging and containers for damage inspection (claim adjusters will not accept claims against damage if
packaging material is thrown away). Contact us immediately.
Returns: All product returns must be pre-approved and applied for within 10 days of receipt of items.
There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items (unless return is due to our error.)
Items must be in same condition as we shipped including packaging.
Returns are not accepted on bulk herbs, extracts, essential oils, food products (including beer and/or wine making ingredients),
dietary supplements, teas or coffee. No returns accepted on special order items.
There is no refund of shipping fees, packaging fees and /or insurance (unless return is due to our error.)
Typos, Mis-statements, Grammatical Errors, etc: We try to get everything correct, but things do happen.
So if there is a typo, html glitch, wrong price or description, we reserve the right to correct it.
Samples: Due to rising labor and packaging costs, we do not give samples free of charge. No exceptions!
Paper Catalog: We do not have a paper catalog. This website is our catalog.
